1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Trendworthy Finds (“Trendworthy Finds,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with trendworthyfinds.com and its content. Trendworthy Finds is an independent editorial project operated from Serbia and provides product-research and buying information to an international audience.
This policy applies only to the Trendworthy Finds website. It does not govern Instagram, TikTok, retailers, sellers, or other third-party services linked from our pages.
2. Information you provide directly
The current website does not provide visitor accounts, comments, contact forms, newsletter signup, checkout, payment processing, or file uploads. We therefore do not intentionally collect names, email addresses, postal addresses, payment details, account credentials, or message content through the website itself.
If you contact us by email or through an official social-media profile, the relevant email or social platform may process your address or profile information, message, attachments, and related metadata under its own privacy terms. We use that information only to respond, handle a correction, consider a product suggestion or partnership inquiry, maintain necessary records, or protect our rights.
3. Technical and usage information
The Site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and delivered through Cloudflare’s network. Cloudflare may automatically process limited request, network, and security information needed to deliver, protect, and troubleshoot the Site. This may include:
- IP address and approximate location derived from it;
- browser type, operating system, device type, and language;
- date and time of a request;
- requested page, referring page, and response status;
- security, error, fraud-prevention, and diagnostic events.
Cloudflare provides hosting, content delivery, DNS, and security services. It processes limited network metadata, most often IP addresses, on our behalf for a limited period. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy for more information. We do not use this operational data to build advertising profiles.
4. Cookies, local storage, analytics, and advertising
The current package does not intentionally set first-party cookies, use browser local storage, install analytics, or include advertising pixels. The on-page search and the 60-second buying check run locally in the visitor’s browser and do not store or transmit the answers.
Cloudflare may use strictly necessary technology to deliver and protect the Site. We have not installed a separate analytics beacon, behavioral-advertising technology, remarketing pixel, or non-essential cookie. Those tools will not be activated until this policy and any legally required consent or opt-out controls are updated.
5. How information may be used
Where technical or communication data is processed, it may be used to:
- deliver, maintain, secure, and troubleshoot the website;
- detect abuse, malicious traffic, or technical failures;
- respond to questions, correction requests, and legitimate business inquiries;
- maintain editorial records and protect legal rights;
- comply with applicable law and lawful requests.
The applicable legal basis will depend on the final feature and visitor location. It may include legitimate interests in operating and securing the site, steps requested by the visitor, consent where required, or compliance with a legal obligation.
6. Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell personal information, rent contact lists, or share visitor information for cross-context behavioral advertising in the current version. Information may be processed or disclosed only as reasonably necessary to:
- use a hosting, security, technical-support, or communication provider acting for us;
- investigate abuse, prevent harm, or protect the website and its users;
- comply with law, court orders, or valid government requests;
- establish, exercise, or defend legal claims;
- complete a legitimate business transfer, subject to applicable safeguards.
Our current infrastructure provider is Cloudflare, which supplies hosting, content delivery, DNS, and security services. Email and social-media providers process messages sent through their platforms under their own terms.
7. External links
The website currently links to Instagram and TikTok and may later link to retailers or services. When you follow an external link, the destination may receive technical information such as your IP address and referrer and may use its own cookies or tracking. Any purchase and related data processing occur under the third party’s terms and privacy policy. Review those documents before submitting information.
8. Retention
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was processed, including security, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. The Site does not maintain a visitor database. Cloudflare retains operational data according to the applicable service configuration and its policies. Direct messages are retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain necessary records, or protect legal rights.
9. International access and transfers
Trendworthy Finds may be accessed from countries outside Serbia, and Cloudflare, email providers, and social-media platforms may process data in other countries. Where applicable law requires it, international transfers should use an appropriate legal mechanism and reasonable contractual or technical safeguards. No statement in this policy guarantees that another country’s privacy law is identical to the law where you live.
10. Data security
We intend to use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information processed. However, no website, email, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Visitors should not send passwords, payment-card data, government identifiers, health records, or other sensitive information by email or through social-media messages.
11. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live and whether a particular privacy law applies, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or information about processing; object to certain processing; withdraw consent; opt out of certain sale, sharing, or targeted advertising; or complain to a competent supervisory authority.
Because the current site does not maintain visitor accounts, forms, analytics profiles, or a marketing database, we may hold no website information that can reasonably be linked back to you. We may need enough information to verify and locate a request, but we will not request more than reasonably necessary. Applicable rights are not waived or limited by this policy.

12. California and other U.S. state notices
The current site does not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use sensitive personal information to infer visitor characteristics. If Trendworthy Finds later becomes subject to a U.S. state privacy law or begins an activity that requires an opt-out, this policy and the website controls will be updated before that activity begins. We will honor legally recognized opt-out preference signals where required.
13. Children’s privacy
The website is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If we learn that such information was collected, we will take appropriate steps to delete it. Parents or guardians may use the contact channel below to raise a concern.
14. Changes to this policy
We may revise this policy when the site, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective and updated dates will be shown at the top. If a change materially affects how already-collected personal information is used, we will provide additional notice where required.
